Community-Based & Non-Profit
The O.C.E.O. Foundation is a community-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Tallahassee, FL that is committed to improving the economic mobility, educational and socio-health of at-risk populations that include marginalized individuals transitioning through reentry, homelessness, extended foster care, and substance abuse.
"Each One, Teach One"
The O.C.E.O. Foundation helps program participants develop work ethic, occupational / educational goals, civic engagement awareness, entrepreneurial strategies and sustainability for future financial independence. As a result, the infrastructure of this “each one, teach one” model helps build human capital and economic mobility that reduces taxpayer cost, improvides public safety and establishes productive and informed citizens.
Reducing Recidivism
The O.C.E.O. Foundation aims to reduce recidivism by providing a variety of innovative and comprehensive pre and post-release supportive services along with strategic, collaborative neighborhood partnerships in the greater Tallahassee / Leon County / Big Bend areas that will ensure program participants’ successful reentry and continuity in their communities.
